you need check out the code firat, for your car, I know that the us701 scanner is useful. http://chinasinoy.com/wholesale/maxiscan-us703-code-scanner-reader-free-shipping.html hopefully help. Or you can go to auto zone, they will check for you, and then fix for you.

Sometimes it can be as simple as your gas cap not being tight due to air.
