A few days ago I noticed my '01 Audi allroad's air suspension compressor goes on at 30 mph and usually doesn't shut off until I slow down to 10 mph. I just bought the car about 2 weeks ago and I've never noticed the compressor going this long. What could cause this issue? I seem to have no problems with the air suspension itself, when I come out to my car in the morning the suspension has not deflated, so I'm assuming the air compressor issue has little or nothing to do with the air struts themselves.
Why is my allroad air compressor running more than it usually does while I'm driving? on 2001 Audi Allroad Quattro

Sounds like when your car is going over 30 mph , the air system thinks it need to run the compressor. I have dealt with air suspension problems before and there are sensors that can be defective that will cause the compressor to run when it should not. Best to have a good shop Diagnose this issue. http://repairpal.com/directory?address=18354&car_brand_names=Audi
