2003 Mercedes-Benz CL500 Question: Why is my ABC light on and it says drive carefully?

I do know that I need a tie rod replacement, ball joint and control arms, and an alignment would that have something to do with it. Meanwhile, it seems like the light comes on when it is really cold outside.

    my 2002 cl500 abc light is on,start the car put it in reverse car raised up then go down to right height,then when you start driving car raise up in the rear,
