Question: why is my 2001mercedes s600 spark plugs foulup every 3000 miles ?check engine on

for the last 2 years, check engine light on 4 times, each time replacement of all 24 mercedes spark plugs, I only drive in city short distance only 3000 miles each time, what is wrong ? can there be another part problem ?please help Thanks

    Who's clearing the check engine light? Have the code(s) DIAGNOSED when replacing the plugs next time.OR find out what the codes where and post here for a possible solution.
