When the car is off about 6 or 8 hours give a hard time to start it. After a few minutes the car start it and make some noise like plum,plum then start it and not problem after being cold again for 6 or 8 hours, what do you think is the problem or problems ?

MasterDoes the engine crank over fast enough (are you sure it's not a battery or starter issue, if so try starting it by jump starting the car with jumper cables and see if the problem changes or stays the same). I suspect if it is not the battery that the idle air control motor under the throttle housing is carboned up and needs to be cleaned or replaced common problem, usually causes hard starting or stall when first started worse when cold weather occurs.
