It has dropped low and how to fix it?
Mercedes-Benz Q&AAsk Your Question
2006 Mercedes-Benz R350 Question: why has my car dropped low?
Sounds like you have an issue with the airmatic suspension. Are you getting a service suspension message? You may have an inoperative air compressor; circuit issue (could even be a blown fuse)? You need to take it to a repair facility that is familiar with the system and have it checked.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience. I would try clearing things up with the shop owner and if you can't resolve things there you'll need to find another shop to test and pinpoint the cause of your suspension concern.
