why don't the cooling fans come on? on 1998 Chevrolet Venture

the temperature gauge looks like its getting hot, but the fans dont come on unless you turn on the air conditioner. i have changed fan relays, thermostat, and coolant temperature sensor. now what?

POSSIBLE COOLING SYSTEM BLOCKAGE IN RADIATOR CAUSING SENSOR NOT TO READ CORRECTLY TEMP OF ENG OR POSS COMPUTER ISSUE. SEEK A DIAG B4 YOU BLOW A HEADGASKET

i wondered about the computer. i had the radiator and stuff flushed out about 3 months ago.

Globalhelper is correct. DO NOT DRIVE THIS VEHICLE ANYMORE! Otherwise you will be putting an engine in it.

pull radiator out and have it ck'd by a rad shop tech. he will pull the side tanks and insp 4 you or you can block lower outlet with your hand and fill rad to upper level, remove your hand and the water should rush out in a large stream approx 1 ft long and empty rad in like 3 sec's

ok i will try that. someone also told me that they can wiggle the pulley on my water pump a little bit. then they said that usually that means it may not be producing as much water flow as it should. is this true?
