Question: why does my spark plugs keep cracking

my car has 27000 miles on it and every 2 weeks since jan i have had my spark plugs and wires replaced, engine light comes on and then omething else happens when the spark plugs crack i haad to have a new fan put in , then the transmission coils was leaking needed a new coil system and today it starting missing again and it said i needed the traction control stablizer serviced the engine coolant was leaking

    Your car is still under warranty, isn't it? The dealership should be taking care of all of this for you, and repeat problems are always a symptom of something else wrong.

    If this has been going on for awhile with no resolution on such a new car, you should investigate the lemon laws in your state. No practically new vehicle should be experiencing such substantial issues repeatedly if the dealership has attended to them. Don't be afraid to call General Motors for more help.

    well they have been replacing them , but it's just getting tiresome to have to go every 2 weeks i know i have drove a rental car more than mine this year , but it's true something else has to be wrong cause everytime the spark plugs crack something else goes wrong i had many new parts put in it and they keep telling me my spark plugs are cracking cause they get moisture in them if thats the case everyone would be at the garage all the time for the same thing.

    Your spark plug cracking maybe due to what they call pre ignition ((IF)) this is the fact it could also be hurting your engine over a prolong time preignition could cause the top of pistons to fail

    I have had the same repeated plug fowling issues with my 07 Equinox. They keep replacing various spark plugs and wireless....yet in 3000 miles another plug gets fowled. I think the plug fowling is a result of a bigger problem. GM denies this and blames me for buying bad gas. No wonder GM is having trouble. I have tried their resolution dispute folks...and the answer is "maybe next time we can do something"

    Depending on what they are getting fouled with if they are getting fouled with oil that could be a sign of bad piston rings or they could of been installed in properly or bad valves or valve guides
