Why does my interior lights come on when I've stopped at a light? on 2002 Lincoln Continental

When I've stopped at a light my interior lights come on and the dash always has door ajar showing but there's none open clearly its electrical but what should I do before it gets worse?

thats a short to voltage...the brake light circuit and the interior light circuit (and perhaps the communication part of circuit where dome lights and door warnings must correspond together) have become intertwined...ie copper touching copper...you must get wiring diagram, locate wires, and find the short. I have continental factory wiring diagram for sale if interested...
