why does my front passenger tire make a "dead bouncing" noise? on 2001 Ford F-350 Super Duty

have replaced my upper, and lower ball joints and all shocks. when i brake, it feels like i have a rotor out of whack. brake pad, and rotor are fine. Truck has new tires (problem happened before new tires too) and was aligned and balanced when new tires were installed.

could be your ABS unit

besides the abs, it still may be a warped rotor. looking at it, it may look ok but needs to be checked for hot spots or warpage with a micrometer. Roy

It has also been suggested that it could be a tie rod? Any thoughts on that? Thanks for responding!
