1992 Toyota Camry Question: Why does my campy not want to start?

It turns over but it sounds like theres no gas getting gas to the engin.... I tried changing the distibuter cap but it just won't turn on!

    i would start with a compression test as the timing belt may have broken, which is common. beyond that. checking fuel pressure and spark are also necessary to verify.

    Have someone diagnose whether the engine is not getting spark to the spark plugs or its lack of fuel or lack of compression, this engine does have a timing belt that may have broke. If it did the engine will crank over abnormally fast and there will be no compression. It will never start. Have it checked, a tech should be able to diagnose the problem for you.
