ARE U PUMPING WITH THE VALVE OPEN ALL THE TIME ? TRY OPENING VALVE AND PUSHING PEDAL TO THE FLOOR AND HOLDING IT THERE UNTIL YOU CLOSE PIT COCK THEN LET PEDAL UP . REPEAT THIS LIKE 8 TIMES AND IT SHOULD WORK

we already did it the way you said...didnt work...we have checked everything. we rented a tool that is used to suck the air out(bleed) the lines..didnt work...we dont have any more ideas...can you think of anything else...we even checked the hose off the master cylinder and it holds pressure..no leak..the flow just wont come out the bottom slave...we are about ready to give up.

we thought it was defective too...got another new one..same thing..bench bled, and it wants to start flow then stops..no continuous flow.
