Question: Whisteling sound when steering wheel is turned

A whistle sound when the steering wheel is turning, but not the same sound as when power steering fluid is low. It is a smooth, higher pitched whistle. Can happen when backing out of a parking space and turning the steering wheel, or turning into a driveway.
