1998 Oldsmobile Intrigue Question: Whining noise under the hood?

What would be causing a whining noise under my hood, at first I only noticed it when I made turns, left more than right turns, but this morning I heard it the whole while I was driving, worst at first when the car was cold but still some even after the car had warmed up? -

Sounds like the power steering pump is low on fluid, Start by checking the fluid level and if its not low maybe the power steering pump is failing. -
