1999 Cadillac Seville STS Question: Which heater hose goes to which fitting on the firewall?

I have a 1995 Cadillac Seville STS with a Northstar engine. The heater core has been bypassed and I need to know which of the two hoses goes to what fitting on the firewall. To clarify I am working on the passenger side of the engine compartment and have new hoses to replace the old ones. The heater and cooling systems both worked before I took it to a local mechanic. Why he unhooked them is beyond me but I think it has to do with an overheating problem he had been trying to fix.
