 Rookie

After accident to front right fender. Damage quote of $6000. Radiator. Fenders. Hood. Grill. Car was running fine with consideration to a cracked radiator and over temp issues. After a cautious 30 mile drive, refused to start or turn over. Loud clanking and grinding sounds. Then just cranking and nothing. Battery checks good. Charged to 14 amps. Starter bench tested fine. What's the next place to look. Ty

    Sounds like you drove the vehicle with the engine overheating until the engine seized. You may also have wiring / electrical issues from the collision that are not apparent or visable. This is a very complex vehicle with Multiple computer onboard all linked together by a BUS (electrical conduit). If ANY wiring is damaged, no matter how slight, problems will occur.
