Just bought the car and no wiper fluid will come out. Don't know if it is the pump or not. The fluid tank is full.

The washer pump is located in the washer reservoir. The washer reservoir is what you are refering to as the tank. You can see the pump at the bottom of the tank. It is black and has wires going to it. Have someone activate the winshield washers and listen for the pump to make noise. You should hear the pump make noise. If the pump does not make noise there is probably no power to the pump or it is bad. Check the fuse and make sure it is good. If you have access to a electrical meter be sure there is 12 volts at the pump connector.
If you hear the pump operate you may just have a kinked washer tube. Remove the washer hose somewhere near the hood and again have someone activate the windsheild washer. Be careful not to get the fluid in your face as it will burn your eyes. If pump works and no fluid comes out keep following the hose further back to the washer reservoir. You probably have a bad washer pump if there is 12 volts at the pump connector.

I am far from a mechanic, but i have the same problem with my camry. You will be able to hear the pump if it is working. If u dont hear it then its probably dead, thats just what i was told. Hope that helps!
