Masteron the side of the throttle body.

Bret Bodas from RepairPal Test Shop, December 01, 2011, 20:41ReplyMasterThis car has an electronic throttle (ETM), and the throttle position sensor is integrated into the throttle body. They had many issues with the ETM so get that checked before replacing anything. Volvo extended the warranty on the part, but you may be past that warranty.
