2005 Chevrolet Colorado Question: where is the thermostate located and how do I replace it?

Follow the radiator hose to the engine block on the stater side of the engine remove the hose, remove the two bolts securing the housing to the block, the t/stat is behind that. Labor time is 1 hour to replace. There is a company that independent auto repair shops get their information from, this same information is available inexpensively for people that work on their own cars.. The information is year make and model specific, covering repair procedures, torque specifications, fluid capacities and specifications, service bulletins, component locations, wiring diagrams ect....
