Question: where is the thermostat located on this car I have a v6

I get heat but it takes a lot longer than it used to so I tohught it might be the thermostat, is this a good idea

    Follow the top radiator hose to the t/stat housing, three bolts secure the housing to engine. There is a company that independent auto repair shops get their information from, this same information is available inexpensively for people that work on their own cars.. The information is year make and model specific, covering repair procedures, torque specifications, fluid capacities and specifications, service bulletins, component locations, wiring diagrams ect....
