Most vehicles have the flasher unit built into the hazard switch. Try cycling the switch a few times and see if the lights start operating normally. If they do, then the switch is likely bad.

As you open the driver's door look at the dash where it comes around the drivers side you will see a panel. Remove this panel,you will see most of your fuses,look for the square Blue one that is the signal flasher. The cost for a new one is $27.00 dollar (The flasher just plugs in) very easy to do.
