My tail lights are out and my dashboard lights are out. I checked the fuses and they are all good so I'm looking for the relay switch to test it and see if that is the problem. All other lights are working fine.

MasterMost likely cause is a bad dimmer switch which will need replaced. Check to make sure no wires are burnt on the ends but it sounds like the dimmer switch.

It is more than likely the battery needs to be replaced as well as the light bulbs in the tail lights need to be replaced too. The battery for sure though. That happened to me 2 years ago and before that 6 years earlier.
Take it to a dealer or gas station and they will replace the battery.
