I have checked the fuses under the hood. Is there another fuse box location or are the wipers ran from the relay box?

MasterThis site has instructions and location of your fuse box http://www.autozone.com/shopping/repairGuide.htm?pageId=0... Your local auto parts store has the fuses and relays you'll need.

MasterThe wiper fuse is under the dash around area of driver's left foot. The fuse protecting the wiper circuit is a 20Amp fuse between a fuse marked ECU-IGN (15 amp) and a fuse marked Gauge (10 amp)
