Question: where is the location of power safety switch for my power locks and windows

where is the location of the power safety switch? power window and locks not working and fuse is good.

    I know of no power safety switch, there are circuit breakers and some relays though. I would go to www.alldatdiy.com and get some of the electrical information, like the wiring and power distribution and grounds for the windows and door locks. Then start tracing the problems.
