1994 Ford Probe Question: where is the ignition module located on my 1994 ford probe. it is a 2.0 motor.

    On 4 cylinder manual transmission, ignition module is on the frame rail drivers front of engine compartment near radiator. 4 cylinder engine with auto trans, module is on driver's suspension strut tower.
    6 wires attached to it, red/yellow, yellow, black/yellow, white/red, yellow/black, black.
    On 6 cylinder engines the module is part of the distributor.
    There is a company that independent auto repair shops get their information from, this same information is available inexpensively for people that work on their own cars.. The information is year make and model specific, covering repair procedures, torque specifications, fluid capacities and specifications, service bulletins, component locations, wiring diagrams ect....
