    I don't think its adjustable because it has a electronic throttle position sensor http://partimages.genpt.com/largeimages/92664.jpg about $50 to $60 at the parts store or www.napaonline.com

    Roy is right about it not being adjustable ,the on board computer uses an idle air control motor to adjust the idle speed. They can get dirty from crank case fumes and need to be cleaned or replaced. First check for vacuum leaks, ensure the ignition and fuel system are in good order, and then have the throttle controls looked at.
