trying to find the idle adjust screw on a 1999 honda civic lx

    It is fuel injected. There should not be an idle screw. What is the problem you are having?

    the idle is pretty rough, the car is turning off when im stopped most of the time. what do i do?

    the idle on this vehichle is controlled by the computer, there is no adjustment for idle .. If you are having a stalling problem , try cleaning the throttle plate. remove the air intake hose , and with a smll tooth brush and some intake cleaner scrub the carbon off iside the throttle body.
