Where is the fuse for the blower motor? on 2001 Ford Escort

Fan for A/C-Heater oes not run. I think the fuse blew, but cannot find one marked Blower. I also need a diagram for the underhood fuse block. How do I tell if one of the underhood block type fuse is bad?

If you have an owners manual, check it out. If not look under the cover that came off of the fuse block.

The blower motor fuse should be a 30 amp located in the passenger compartment just to the left of where the driver sits, underneath the dash above the left kick panel. It should be marked blower.
