1997 Mazda 626 Question: Where is the fuel pump reset switch and how do I reset it

With the key in the on position the fuel pump does not kick on it began with a flat tire and on riding it to a parking lot to repai the car stopped moving wouldn't crank over I believed it to be electrical and fixed the wires that became stripped from the tire I put it all back together and it won't start It tries to but there is no fuel pump coming on

    How do I check the green relay to see if it's working is there a way to tell if it's the fuel pump or relay?

    well i would repl relay if you can't test it. they are cheap like 15.00 or so. do u have the proper test equip?

    Not sure if I do or not called autozone and they want 80."" bucks not cheap def wanna be sure it's that and not the pump as the cost is almost the same
