where is the fuel pump relay located & how do you test it ? on 2000 Buick LeSabre

car wont start,cant hear the fuel pump energize.

if fuel pump is not energizeing check the fuse first always the frist thing to do if the relay is working you should here it clicking in the fuse box trying to send power second if pump in tank some times banging on the bottom of the tank lightly with a block of wood with key in on postion will free up a sticking pump wich some times happen pump wont work when this happens imperaties in fuel

If the fuel pump is energizing, then the relay is working, I'd think. The relay is in the Rear Fuse Block. If the car won't start but cranks OK, then I'd check fuel pressure and spark.
