Question: where is the fuel pump relay

I have an intermitten problem of the fuel pressure dropping off and want to change the relay first to see if this fixes the problem. Where is it located on the 1996 Express 1500 van.

    on the drivers side under hood its the black box which cap has to be taken off by pressing the tab in on both sides front and back side should have a picture of where the relay is on the reverse side of cap
