Your 1998 Buick Park Avenue is one of the very few GM vehicles which does not require removal of the fuel tank to replace the electric fuel pump. Your Buick should have and access cover in the trunk, just behind the rear seat. Please be advised that just because the fuel tank does not need to be removed does not mean replacing the fuel pump is easy. Access is a bit difficult and the fuel sensor retaining ring can be difficult to remove.
