Why do you want to replace the ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE sensor? I did not think I would ever ask this, GO TO ADVANCE OR AUTOZONE to get a trouble code out of the PCM. Not history codes, CURRENT codes. We can help you with a trouble code.

PCM is the powertrain control module, which is the main computer for the fuel and ignition systems.
The ECT sensor is under the intake hose where it connects to the throttle body.
I'm also curious as to what code you have.
