I am glad I am not the only wondering about this. Could Repairpal get an answer from someone. It appears that Dodge for got to indicate that info in their owners manual.

Check the Fuse# 12 (10A) in the Junction Block located on the bottom left side of the instrument panel.

All of the fuses in the Junction Box under the instrument panel are labeled with descriptive words or abbreviations. Above them are larger black cubes with plugs, They are marked numerically. However #12 plug recepticle is empty, it has no contacts inside for the plugs. I pulled the cube next to #12 and my interior lights went off. The plug design was the same so I plugged it into #12 and it did not attach because of the missing contacts inside. Any other thoughts.

I've found a wiring diagram for 1996-99 Stop Lights, Back-up Lights, Turn/hazard Lights Chassis Schematic; http://bit.ly/9OL2kf
    I hope that helps.
