Question: Where is the blower resistor and relay located

Turn on car, heater/air console turns on then goes off but fuse keeps blowing for the blower

• Where is blower resistor and relay located
  I turn on car and heater/air control lights up then goes out and no buttons work and it keeps blowing the 5amp fuse
