1995 Pontiac Bonneville Question: Where is the automatic transmission modulator

the car is sluggish in changing gears and i was guessing this could be the problem since we changed out the fluid.

    The transmission modulator sould be on the front side of the transmission, down low, just behind the torque converter housing. Make sure you have the correct vacuum signal to the modulator before replacing it.

    maybe its the tube to it is leaking. i get a high pitch noise every time I accerlate with the wheels engaged. It doesnt do it if I rev the engine in nuetral. somewhere I have a vacuum leak, and i suspect its with the transmission.

    transmission module is in the upper right hand side under the hood also if you changed fluid you do not have enough fluid back in it takes 6 quarts fluid to fill
