Where is solenoid located on transmission? Inside or outside valve body? on 2011 Dodge Avenger

A tech told me Its possible when I replaced my tranny filter or when I pulled tranny to replace the seal I may have disconnected my solenoid and didn't notice but I dnt know where my solenoid is located? Also is there a way to open my valve body and check for debris causing gear to stick without causing further problems or what problems do I risk takong doing this?

I assume the warranty is up due to mileage, right? Do you have a scanner, not a code reader, but a scanner? If the answer is no, you need to find someone that does and have it tested.

No I have unlimited mileage on my warranty but currently dnt have insurance and that will void my warranty if I try to use my warranty pluse I need to replace passenger headlight and hood cuz of fender bender that never got claimed thnk god but if they see that they'll just assume I caused all the damage that's been done and I'm late on payments so I'm tryin to do the best I can to make sure this beast is accurately fixed before I get the dealership involved again
