Trouble shooting possible fuel pump replacement...but before i do that....does anyone know where a fuel pump relay is located on vehicle? or does it even have one???? chilton states that it has one but does not show location. RULED OUT FIRING PROBLEMS VIA COIL ,PICKUP COIL,R AND R DIST. AND ROTOR, VAN TRIES TO START IF I ADD A TINY BIT OF GAS ONTO CARB.,SO IT WILL FIRE JUST NO FUEL BEING DELIVERED... WHATS MY NEXT STEP????HELP PLEASE

check for power to the fuel pump first. use a test light to see if a signal comes down the line. if not then you need to go back to the relay which is in the relay box usually next to the asd relay. Roy

ive located the box,this box has black fuses that say relay,however they have all been jogged around,they are the same..and the local napa shows me a picture of two relays that are together with a bolting bracket.I've looked evrywhere on the van i can think for this, that i've been told is the fuel pump relay and auto shutoff relay..so, am i correct that you're saying the "relay" is this 3/4x1/2 x 1/4 black fuse is the relay??because the pic i have of it is not what is in the fuse box under the hood...i have another fuse box in the glove box as well,all fuses have been tested and are good.just know this is a 1996,has a pcm box and fuel injected.

fuel pump is under the rear seat and inside the fuel tank.
Where exactly is the fuel pump relay located? According to printed pic from napa,it is two square modelus with prongs inside and are joined together with a mounting bracket,they are about 1"x1"x2",...

i tested the connecter for power and only got it at the top left terminal which seems to be working the fuel gauge . what do i do now?
