Replaced that on my 98 prizm,plug wiring runs under passenger side carpet to a channel underneath.Repair manual says remove seat and arm rest console but you can pull carpet from under shift console just start from top underneath and tug and work your way along shift console to pull up carpet to expose wiring and plugs under carpet.Just undo plugs and wrench out o2 sensor.
