I need to recharge the the AC in my E-420 but cannot find the compressor

    What you need to find is the low side port so you can recharge the system. I suggest you get a good repair manual if your going to be working on your Mercedes, the price is very small when you consider all the good info you will receive. I suggest a Bentley manual when working on a Mercedes: http://bit.ly/Bentley_Repair_Manuals
