    you can rent the tool at advanced auto parts (its free they will give u the money back when u bring the tool back) i think u only pay taxes and buy yourself a repair manual for a chevy silverado (it covers tahoes 2 and 4x4) its arround 18 bucks, itll walk you tru it.
