Why do you think you need to fnd a 45° BTDC mark to begin with? Try www.alldaradiy.com or maybe youtube. Have you ever performed this type of repair?

YES. The manual I am using says "Slowing turn the crankshaft clockwise 1-7/8 revolutions until the crank pulley mark lines up with the 45-degree BDTC (before TDC for number one cylinder) mark on the lower belt cover, then tighten the idler pulley to Specifications". I don't see a mark on the lower belt cover.
