2004 Kia Spectra Question: Where can I locate a purge valve on my car (for the fuel system)

Rookie

I have a 2004 Kia Spectra that becomes VERY hard to restart after fueling. I'm going to change the charcoal box as well but think the purge valve may also be bad. I'm having problems locating the purge valve.

YOU ARE VERY RUDE!!!!!!!!!! I think we have many more years of experience than you have. The EVAP canister is not cheap. Keep shooting parts at your car, eventually you will fix it. How thick is your wallet.
