You would have to go in person to auto body shops and get estimates. they may be able to repair the bumper on the car but I find paint sticks better and the bumper is repaired better if the bumper is taken off the car and painted in a paint booth. Some body shops in our area sublet bumper repairs to specialty bumper places that pick up and repair bumpers or do them as an exchange.
