My electrical components seem to have a mine of it's own. One time they work and the next time it doesn't work.It affects my instrument panel, door locks, and fuel getting to the fuel injectors. Also, I have a battery that is not the right one for the car.Top post instead of side post.
Where can I find the electrical wiring diagram for this car? on 1996 Cadillac DeVille

The post position of the battery will not be the problem unless the posts short out again the hood or body. For a wiring diagram, There is a company that independent auto repair shops get their information from, this same information is available inexpensively for people that work on their own cars.. The information is year make and model specific, covering repair procedures, torque specifications, fluid capacities and specifications, service bulletins, component locations, wiring diagrams ect....
