Question: where can i find fair priced catalytic converter for F-150,2002,v-6 r+L

The truck has always run good sinse i baught it in 2004.I
was told it needed muffler $500.now they say it needs cat.
converter!Can anyone help me find the converters for less
than $2000.I will really appreciate it. Thanks

    Go to a good muffler shop and ask them for a price. Get a good quality converter if you want to pass emissions inspections. That's what I'd do..
