Where are the switches located that allows the auto to start when the clutch ped on 1995 Suzuki Sidekick

pedal is depressed. Should it start if the pedal is on the floor and the cable is not connected? Switches on pedal are all working. Anything else in line? Fuel pump runs but starter won't spin. Happened when weld broke on clutch pedal.

Like I said the switches (there are two) at the clutch pedal are both working but starter will not energize. Got it! The starter solenoid was stuck. A tap with a hammer and it now functions fine. Thanks.
