It's about halfway up the height of the engine (from the bottom, driver's side) between the engine and the bell housing (transmission). You have to remove the plastic shroud from below before you can look up and see it/work on it. There is ONLY ONE on this engine, though many parts houses screw this up and will try to sell you two, NEITHER of which is the correct one for this model (I know, I've been through it). It is a 3-wire sensor. Squeeze the tab on the side of the connector, then remove it. You need to remove a single 10mm bolt that secures it and you're done.l
