Autozone have some popular workshop manuals for free on line once you register (for free) on their website http://bit.ly/autozone_repair_info. There is a company that independent auto repair shops get their information from, this same information is available inexpensively for people that work on their own cars.. The information is year make and model specific, covering repair procedures, torque specifications, fluid capacities and specifications, service bulletins, component locations, wiring diagrams ect.... Alldata is very easy to navigate http://bit.ly/AllData_Repair_Manuals_Online

Digital dash is not fused to fusible links at starter.

Customer Concern: Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) is not coming on when the key is turned on.
Tests/Procedures: 1. At the connector to the IPC verify 12 volt power all the time to pin A4 Orange wire.
    2. There should be two key on power feeds at pins A6 and A13 Pink/White wires.
    3. Check for blown STOP-HAZ and BRAKE fuses in the fuse box.
    4. Check for broken wires between the fuses to the IPC.
