Question: When you turn the key nothing happens except the dash lights come on.

When I turn the key on nothing happens except the dash lights come on. When I turn the key off the dash lights stay on. I have replaced the cylinder and keys, the ignition switch, and the clutch shut off switch. Where do I go from here.

    I suspect some sort of wiring issue. The key here is the lights that stay on when you turn the key off. That makes no obvious sense, as the dash lights are triggered with the ignition switch power. Since you've already replaced the cylinder and switch, I would suggest some local help from a technician equipped with the wiring diagrams of that vehicle.

    Your starter may have failed. Check the signal wire to the starter solenoid to make sure you are getting a signal.
